Our Catering
The University Club was established in 1991 through donations made by the Barry Bingham family of Louisville. The purpose is to operate as a Club that brings together faculty, staff, alumni, and friends of the University of Louisville with a feeling of conviviality in an atmosphere of friendship.
For 19 years, the University Club has met the catering needs of its members with professionalism and experience. General Manager Bill Rothballer, Executive Chef Michael Williams, and Catering Director Kathy Logsdon have developed a winning formula for making any event effective, efficient and easy. Our members always get what they want, when they want it, and on budget.
Let us handle the coordination details of any event. Flowers, table settings, equipment and so on can be easily arranged with us. You will enjoy the function just as much as your guests. We strive to go beyond your expectations.
