University Club equipment is for use on Club premises only, and rental is based on availability. Please allow one week's notice to order. The event contact is responsible for lost or damaged equipment. If a group provides their own equipment, it must be removed at the conclusion of the event. The Club is not responsible for damage to this equipment or storage.
The University Club assumes no responsibility for equipment provided by outside sources.
The University of Louisville Information Technology Department has audio-visual equipment that may be rented through the Club's Catering Office. Please allow one week's notice to order.
The University Club has wireless internet access through the University of Louisville’s ethernet. The front office staff can provide you with the username and password.
