What are your hours?
Our hours vary due to event scheduling. However we do have a few set times:

Office Hours
M-F 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Daily Lunch
M-F 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Hours vary based on the event.  If you are unsure about your events start time,  give us a call or get in touch with the event coordinator.

What is the best way to get to the Club from downtown?
3rd or 4th st South.  Take a left onto Cardinal Blvd.  Look for white 1st. st. sign or the fountains that say University of Louisville.


Do you offer parking?
Yes.  We have free parking for all of our members and their guests.  You must be coming into the Club to utilize the parking lot.  There is a gate attendant, but no pass is needed.  Just let them know what you are coming in for or what group you are with.


Do you have wireless internet?
Yes. The University recently installed a Hot Spot for the Club. Simply join the ULVisitor network on your phone or laptop. For further details and instructions CLICK HERE.


Is there a dress code?
No, but we recommend at least a business casual look.  Some events may require a certain dress code.  Contact the event coordinator in those cases.


Do I have to be a member to use the Club?
Yes.  However, if you are interested in membership, we will allow you to try the Club as a potential member and come in for lunch.  If you know someone who is a member, they may sponsor you if you are interested in attending or hosting an event.


I’m looking for a event facility, can I bring in my own food?
No.  We are a full service venue complete with our own service and culinary staff.


I’m a vegetarian and coming to an event, can I get a special meal?
Yes as long as you notify us the day before the event.


I have special dietary needs, can you help meet my requirements?
Yes.  Just let us know in advance and we will do everything possible to meet your requirements.


I left something at the Club, can you help?
We try our very best to retain all lost and found items.  Our service staff is required to turn in anything found immediately to the front office.  If you think you may have left something, give us a call at 852-6996 and we will take a look.  The University Club is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.


Can I smoke at the Club?
No. Our facility is non smoking and the University has adopted a non smoking policy on the entire campus.


Do you have a coat check?
Yes during the late fall and winter.


Do you have a hotel?
No but we work with several area hotels and sometimes can get discounts for our members and guests.
